Eligibility
Enska.com is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by Enska.com for any reason. Members/users are prohibited from selling, trading, or transferring your Enska account to a third party.

- Upload, post, email, transmit, share or otherwise any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, or promotional materials.
- Upload, post, email, transmit, share or otherwise any material containing software viruses, codes, files or programs designed to affect or damage interrupt any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Use the site in any way that could hinder the service or servers or networks connected to Enska.com.
- Use software, devices, or other processes to “crawl” or “spider” any web pages contained in the site.
- Copy, or allow others to copy, any Enska.com site pages or content or to replicate the appearance or function of the site.

Blog Use
Companies and organizations are encouraged to use the Enska.com blog for posting articles of interest such as specific industry news or information.
The blog should not be used solely for promotional purposes, although link backs and credit to authors and owners of the copyright is acceptable.
User Content
You are solely responsible for all photos, profiles, messages, notes, text, information, advertisements, listings, and other material that you upload, publish or display, and transmit to or share with others on Enska.com.
You may not post, transmit, or share user content on the site or service that you do not own or that you do not have permission to post.
All information publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Enska.com is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and Enska.com will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content.
